Published April 29, 2026

Join us this May for two complimentary CLE programs on timely IP topics, from navigating IPRs, PGRs, and reexams in 2026 to mastering patent inventorship in the age of AI.

May 6th at Noon | A Shifting Post‑Grant Landscape: IPRs and Other USPTO Proceedings in 2026 with Andy Mason & Sam Thacker
There have been significant changes at the PTAB and Central Reexamination Unit since early 2025. Sam and Andy will discuss this new landscape and provide practical tips for leveraging and navigating IPRs, PGRs, and reexamination proceedings. They will cover recent developments, including Director-driven institution decisions; evolving discretionary-denial factors in IPRs and PGRs, such as “settled expectations”; heightened requirements for effective stipulations; and changes to reexamination practice. This CLE will offer timely strategic guidance for both petitioners and patent owners.
