Xiang Li focuses on preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications within the firm’s Biotech and Chemistry practice groups. She also assists with domestic and foreign patent and trademark litigation, and prepares legal opinions, including patentability, invalidity, infringement/non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate opinions. Additionally, she prosecutes U.S. trademarks.
Her technical expertise spans the biotechnology and chemical sectors including biologicals, pharmaceuticals, immunotherapies, medical devices, agriculture, animal husbandry, clean energy, and batteries.
Xiang joined Klarquist in 2022 as a summer associate before becoming an associate in 2023.
