Tucker’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, with a primary emphasis on patent litigation. He has a background in bioorganic chemistry with a focus on isolation, characterization, and analysis of natural products.
Tucker has pretrial and trial experience in federal district court patent litigation with a focus on damages. His experience includes drafting motions and contentions, executing and responding to discovery, preparing for expert depositions, and supporting federal jury trials in the Northern District of California and the District of Delaware. Additionally, Tucker drafted, filed, and argued a pro bono immigration case in California Superior Court.
