Kevin prepares and prosecutes patent and trademark applications, handles ex parte appeals of such applications, litigates intellectual property matters before federal courts and other federal adjudicative bodies, such as the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and handles domain name disputes under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy.
Kevin is well versed in intellectual property issues in the online arena, and has extensive experience in Internet trademark law rights and enforcement.
Kevin joined Klarquist in 2001 as an associate and became partner in 2008.
