Felix’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent litigation. He assists with legal research, analysis, and drafting on a variety of litigation and intellectual property matters.
Prior to law school, Felix worked as a policy analyst, researcher, and software engineer, contributing to the development of energy efficiency standards, technical research initiatives, and specialized software solutions. He also served as a judicial extern to U.S. District Judge Michael H. Simon, where he drafted orders and opinions and observed federal court proceedings.
Felix joined Klarquist as a summer associate in 2025 and became an associate in 2026.
