Claire focuses on preparation and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications within the firm’s Mechanical practice group.
She also has experience with inter partes review (IPR) proceedings, performing patentability and validity analyses, and advising clients on trademark matters. Her technical experience spans the mechanical, electromechanical and electronics sectors, and includes technologies such as medical devices, consumer products, industrial equipment, electronics, computer systems, agricultural equipment, and heavy machinery.
Claire joined the firm in 2022 as an associate and became a staff attorney in 2023.
