Amy is an experienced litigator known for her ability to simplify the science involved in complex patent litigation cases. She has represented clients in disputes involving large scale patent, trade secret, contract and Oregon securities litigation.
Amy’s background in chemical and bioengineering enables her to understand the technology of her clients, and has made her a valuable contributor on cases requiring specific technical knowledge. Prior to entering the legal profession, Amy worked in Cambridge, Massachusetts on a genome project for a pharmaceutical company, and as a chemical engineer for a technology consulting company.
Amy joined Klarquist in 2017.
