Klarquist partner, Robert Scotti, presented Section 102 in a CLE webinar on February 9th, 2023.
This intermediate level presentation was a refresher of 35 USC 102. Additional new material covered On-Sale Bar, Public use, and Experimental use. All exceptions to 35 USC 102 were discussed using examples. Other topics include first to file, grace period, perfection of priority and comparisons to European law.
