Digimarc Receives $4.5M in Licensing Agreement

Klarquist’s client Digimarc Corporation, of Beaverton Oregon, has settled patent infringement litigation in Delaware with Arbitron Inc. The parties entered a non-exclusive licensing agreement for a $4.5 million payment to Digimarc. Digimarc’s patented portfolio includes innovations in areas such as audience measurement, mobile music identification, visual search, copyright filtering, royalty audits, and brand protection.
