Will prepares and prosecutes U.S. patent applications and provides patent counseling across a range of biotechnology and life sciences technologies.
Will has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications covering probiotics, antibody‑based cancer therapeutics and diagnostics, and vaccine technologies for infectious diseases including influenza and hepatitis. His experience also includes preparing freedom‑to‑operate opinions relating to new manufacturing sectors and facilities, as well as performing intellectual property due diligence for venture investments and strategic transactions.
