Joe manages Klarquist’s Professional Success Program, which is aimed to mentor our associates and agents and cultivate a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. He also leads the firm’s recruiting efforts and oversees ongoing education and research tools.
Before joining Klarquist, Joe freelanced as a sound engineer and stage manager. He collaborated with several artists, managed tours, and produced music, videos, and other creative content. In his downtime, Joe enjoys recording music, watching a Blazers game, or continuing his quest to find Portland’s best burger.
Joe joined the firm as the Office Services Coordinator in 2012 and transitioned to overseeing their Continued Learning Education and Professional Development programs in 2016.
