Brandon practices in many aspects of intellectual property law, specializing in preparing and prosecuting patent applications and performing patentability, invalidity, and freedom-to-operate analysis. Brandon is also a member of the Post-Grant Practice Group at Klarquist and has experience with inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.
Brandon represents a broad range of clients and industries, including mechanical and electromechanical devices, medical devices and related delivery systems, aviation and aerospace technologies, automotive technology, tools, industrial and construction equipment, laboratory equipment, process and manufacturing equipment, sporting goods, footwear, apparel, and more.
With firm foundations in intellectual property law, science, and technology, as well as a passion for learning the new technology of his clients, Brandon delivers efficient and effective services to his clients. To address each client’s unique situation, Brandon strives to carefully analyze the issues at hand and to provide creative and practical solutions.
Brandon joined Klarquist as an associate in 2014 and became a partner in 2022.
