Roy’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on district court patent litigation and post-grant challenges before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Roy has over 15 years of experience advising and representing numerous industry-leading companies in IP disputes. He has litigated several cases involving computer hardware and software, imaging lens assemblies, ERP and database technology, semiconductors, haptics, mobile devices, pharmaceuticals, and medical delivery devices.
Roy is also an accredited Veterans Affairs attorney.
Roy joined Klarquist in 2019 and became partner in 2023.
