Cameron is a registered patent attorney helping technology companies navigate complex patent disputes. Cameron represents clients in federal district court litigation and challenges patent validity in inter partes review (IPR) and other USPTO post-grant proceedings. His district court experience includes disputes involving circuit routing and design software, on-body medical-device sensors, and web and mobile user-interface designs. In post-grant proceedings, he has challenged patents relating to high-performance computing and machine-learning infrastructure, machine-learning and speech-recognition algorithms, and database and archival storage technologies. He also has experience in International Trade Commission investigations, trade secret disputes, and trademark and copyright matters.
Cameron’s approach is informed by his engineering background, having worked as a manufacturing process engineer before becoming an attorney. This experience enables him to engage effectively with technical teams, understand complex technologies, and translate technical issues into clear, persuasive legal arguments. Born and raised in Germany, Cameron is fluent in German.
