Nicole’s practice focuses primarily on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications. In addition, she has experience providing strategic patent portfolio counseling, conducting comprehensive patent searches, and freedom-to-operate analyses.
Nicole has represented clients in a variety of technical fields, including electronics, software, networking, productivity applications, computer human interfaces, and mobile applications.
She is active in the American Intellectual Property Law Association, previously serving as chair of AIPLA’s Committee on the Profession.
Nicole joined Klarquist as an associate in 2023.
