Morgan is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies for the firm. This includes working closely with attorneys to prepare litigation pitches and tailor RFP responses to the specific needs of each client. In addition, she manages in-bound leads and identifies business opportunities.
Her other responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, managing advertising efforts, and planning and executing internal and external events, including client visits, speaking engagements, and conferences.
Prior to Klarquist, Morgan was a social media manager for a local youth-sports non-profit. Morgan enjoys staying active and taking advantage of the beauty that the PNW has to offer. Hiking, paddleboarding, and running around with her dog, Beezus, are some of her favorite activities. She also plays in two kickball leagues and is an avid gamer on her Nintendo Switch.
Morgan joined the firm as a Business Development Coordinator in 2022.
