Heidi is a Senior Trademark Paralegal with over 35 years of experience. She has extensive experience in U.S. and international trademark prosecution, enforcement matters, and the management of trademark portfolios. She assists the firm’s attorneys with trademark clearance, U.S. and international trademark filings, trademark prosecution filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and trademark policing and investigation matters. She also has experience in preparing opposition and cancellation filings with the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to joining Klarquist, Heidi worked as a legal assistant at Stoel Rives for over ten years. Heidi enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles, thrifting, and spending time with family, friends, and pets.
Heidi joined the firm as a Trademark Paralegal in 2002.
