As a Patent Prosecution Assistant, Beth aids in the preparation, filing, and management of patent applications. She assists attorneys throughout the patent prosecution process, which involves interacting with clients, conducting research, and preparing necessary documentation.
Prior to working at Klarquist and before relocating to Oregon, Beth was a professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Central Piedmont Community College, teaching classes in introductory writing, literature, and communication. Beth enjoys spending much of her free time practicing yoga and hopes to become certified in the next several years. She also loves reading, writing, volunteering, and spending as much time with animals as she can.
Beth joined the firm as a Patent Prosecution Legal Assistant in 2017.
