Amy’s practice focuses primarily on the preparation and prosecution of design, utility, and international patent applications. Her practice also includes intellectual property consulting.
Amy specializes in computer-related applications. Prior to joining Klarquist, she served as technical specialist to a large number of clients in the technical field where she prepared appeal briefs and declarations, developed strategies for foreign Office actions, and worked closely with clients to provide ongoing docket management. She also gained insight into the operations of the United States Patent and Trademark Office during her time as a Patent Examiner, providing her with an additional perspective to apply to the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
Amy joined Klarquist as a Technical Consultant in 2019.
