Klarquist to Host INTA Roundtable: As the World Turns – International Trademark Developments
On April 11, 2016, Klarquist partner Ramon Klitzke will host the International Trademark Association’s roundtable discussion “As the World Turns – International Trademark Developments.” International trademark developments will no doubt have far reaching ramifications and affect business strategies going forward. Join us to discuss recent changes in various international trademark laws, including:
- Expanded local laws covering goods and services, as well as new and additional rights;
- Important changes in trademark procedures
- Recently decided cases having precedential effect; and
- New fee increases
