Klarquist Attorneys Representing Vimeo and RPX Knock Out Patent Related to Web-Based Playlists
The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) struck down all claims of a patent related to how web playlists are displayed, ruling that all 33 claims are unpatentable as obvious over prior art web browser technology. Issuing its decision on August 23, the PTAB also denied the patent owner’s motion to amend the claims.
