Klarquist Attorneys Coauthor Article in PTAB Bar Association Law Journal
John Vandenberg, Andrew Mason, and Sarah Jelsema coauthored the article “Using a Phillips Construction in All PTAB Trials: The Impact on District Court Patent Actions and PTAB Proceedings” appearing in the Second Issue of the PTAB Bar Association Law Journal, a collaboration with the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property.
The journal, whose articles are authored by PTAB Bar Association members, publishes timely articles focused on the evolving changes in PTAB practice.
