We are currently seeking a Trademark Paralegal who is proactive, with exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service, to join our firm. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your legal experience to a firm that values and respects your knowledge and professional expertise.
At least two years of Trademark experience is required (i.e., preparing and filing trademark applications and assisting in trademark availability searches). Candidates must possess the proven ability to draft and edit complex documents, prepare trademark applications for both the United States and using the Madrid protocol, search the Patent and Trademark Office trademark database, perform common-law searching on the Internet, along with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. Candidates should also possess strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and an interest in learning new applications.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule out of our Portland office. The firm may also consider candidates who prefer to work a full-time remote schedule, depending upon relevant experience.
