We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst. The right candidate for the role is motivated and capable of learning new things quickly, comfortable with self-directed work and excited about delivering premium IT support to the employees of Klarquist. Core responsibilities include access management, incident and request management, and desktop and software support for Klarquist employees. 

 

What you’ll work on: 

  • Day-to-day Service Desk support through ticket management, Microsoft Teams, and walk-up support 
  • Hardware and software installations and troubleshooting 
  • Document support operations procedures 
  • Asset tagging and management of inventory 
  • Re-imaging of computers and software deployment 
  • Computer deployment and set up of desks for new and existing employees 
  • Execute project tasks to improve systems and operation 
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule; provide walk-up support during scheduled shifts; occasional overtime may be required from time to time based on need 
  • Other IT tasks as directed by supervisor 

 

Who you are: 

  • 1+ years of hands-on technical support experience  
  • Basic network knowledge – Ability to work without direct supervision  
  • Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting  
  • Experience desktop imaging and auto deployments  
  • Knowledge of IT inventorying methods and organization  
  • Hands-on experience with administration and management of Windows in a corporate environment  
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, general Microsoft Admin, and Atlassian (Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence). 
  • Experience with iManage, Intapp, and other law applications are a plus. 
  • Ability to handle on-call work on a rotating basis  
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
