Klarquist Sparkman, LLP, an intellectual property law firm, is seeking a full-time Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources department.

The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will process semi-monthly payroll and assist with benefit administration including answering employee questions, verifying insurance billing, maintaining accurate employee records, and administering COBRA.  Successful candidates will possess a proactive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine desire to assist others.  Prior payroll or benefits administration experience is preferred, but candidates with demonstrated administrative experience will also be considered.  Experience with Paychex Flex is also a plus.  This position requires a genuine helpful attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects.
