Klarquist Sparkman, LLP, an intellectual property law firm is currently seeking a talented Help Desk Technician with great customer service skills to join our team.  This full-time position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to firm employees regarding hardware, software, and network related issues. Experience providing technical training both verbally and in written form a plus. In addition to strong technical ability, ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, great written and verbal communication skills, and a genuine, helpful approach to working with others.

This position requires expertise with Microsoft products such as Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Office 2013, and Office 2016. Applicants should have experience in the rollout of hardware and software and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software related problems. Experience with both legal and industry specific applications such as Active Directory, Group Policy, System Center, Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business), SharePoint, OneDrive, ProLaw, Carpe Diem or VMWare is a plus. A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a Technical Support role is required.

The hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
