Klarquist is dedicated to the diversity of our firm and the local community. To encourage diversity within Klarquist, we offer a fellowship opportunity to law students who come from backgrounds historically underrepresented in the patent legal profession (e.g. based on gender, race, ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation, military service, and disability).
The student selected for this fellowship will receive a paid position as a summer associate and tuition reimbursement for the following fall term (up to $7,500).
Applicants should be current law students in good standing at an ABA approved law school, have a science or engineering background that positions them to sit for the patent bar, and ideally have a demonstrated record of academic and professional achievement.
How to apply:
To apply for our Diversity Fellowship, please submit application materials through our summer associate program, indicating in your cover letter that you seek consideration for our Diversity Fellowship. Ideally, your cover letter will provide a brief description of why you are applying for the Fellowship.
