Aksinya is responsible for assisting attorneys in the management of trademark portfolios. She conducts research to assess the availability of trademarks, prepare and file trademark applications, and communicate with clients and government agencies throughout the registration process. Additionally, she assists in drafting legal documents, such as responses to office actions.
Before joining Klarquist, she served as a legal assistant at local intellectual property law firm. Aksinya enjoys painting, reading, collecting perfume, and spending time with her husband and cat.
Aksinya joined the firm as a Trademark Paralegal in 2023.
