Michael practices many aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and USPTO post-grant proceedings such as Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs) and Ex Parte Reexaminations. He also has experience in preparing patentability and prior art searches and conducting freedom-to-operate analysis. His background is in mechanical engineering, and he has technical expertise in mechanical devices, manufacturing equipment, and consumer products.
