Electrical
The professionals in Klarquist Sparkman's electrical practice group have the knowledge and experience to offer exceptional service to clients in the electronics field. Most of the professionals in the group have a degree in electrical engineering or physics, and many have significant industry experience. Because of our diverse backgrounds and years of experience, we are able to provide prosecution, opinion, and litigation services in a broad range of electrical technologies. For example, our work has involved technologies such as programmable logic devices, design-for-testability tools and techniques, circuit simulators, network switches, opto-electronics, computer peripherals, signal processing techniques, RF amplifiers, power systems, antenna technologies, photovoltaic cells, and a wide variety of analog and digital devices.
Our professionals believe that strong patents result not only from an understanding of the relevant technology, but also from creative prosecution and claim strategies aimed at protecting the technology using a variety of approaches. Additionally, the Firm's significant patent litigation practice exposes our attorneys to emerging trends in claim construction and patent defense law that can be used in prosecution strategies.
