Wayne focuses his practice on intellectual property transactions, the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, and other patent matters.
Wayne’s areas of expertise are in chemical and mechanical technologies, including pharmaceuticals, polymers, adhesives, coatings, fibers, composites, inorganic materials, semiconductors, and process systems.
Wayne joined Klarquist in 2001 as an associate and became partner in 2004.
