We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant with exceptional skills and a commitment to client service to join our firm. At least two years of experience in trademark or patent prosecution is preferred. Experience with ProLaw or similar document and practice management systems is also a plus. Candidates must possess the proven ability to draft and edit complex documents, along with extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. Candidates should also possess good technical aptitude and an interest in learning new applications.
We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to substantively contribute to litigation support. Experience with substantial and relevant case management and a proven ability to utilize a variety of e-discovery tools is key. Successful candidates will possess a genuine interest in the efficient and effective use of technology in litigation support, efficient team building, along with exceptional overall case management skills. Specific experience in federal intellectual property litigation is helpful, but not required. To be considered, candidates must have at least five years of dedicated paralegal experience handling large, complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on pre-trial discovery.
Litigation Project Assistant
We are currently seeking a Litigation Project Assistant to assist all members of our litigation team. Key components of this position include database entry and maintenance, document preparation and organization, exhibit and binder production, and other administrative and litigation support as needed. This is an excellent learning opportunity for those considering a paralegal career and/or furthering their education in law. A proven ability to be detailed and organized is essential for this position. Candidates must possess superior computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite, the ability to work systematically and in an organized fashion, excellent customer service skills over the phone and in person, and a genuine, helpful approach to working with others.
