Open Positions

  • Docketing Clerk

    We are seeking a docketing clerk with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Eligible candidates will have demonstrated administrative/clerk experience in a professional environment, especially with calendaring and managing numerous deadlines. Prior legal docketing experience, particularly patent prosecution docketing, is strongly preferred.

  • Junior Legal Assistant/Project Assistant - Litigation

    We are currently seeking a junior legal assistant/project assistant to join our litigation department. Qualified candidates should have one to three years of litigation experience and should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional. Experience with drafting, formatting and editing legal documents is key. Candidates should be comfortable learning new technology and software programs. Prior experience with federal practice, ProLaw, SharePoint and database management is a plus.
